Red Light on Hub and warm to touch
No broadband issues but still have a solid red light on my Hub 3

The red LED on a Hub 3 is the overheating warning. If this persists after a pinhole reset, then the Hub needs replaced as it's a risk. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss with you directly.
Have switched off and done a reset but red light still on
