Re: Virgin Hub constant red light

I have this issue too, I have followed all the rest procedures and the red light remains, is anyone able to help please?

    Hey Seaholly,

    Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

    Sorry to hear your Hub is having this issue, with this I would like to go about replacing the Hub you have, for this I will need to send out a technician to have a look into this, I will be sending you a private message to confirm some details from you.
