Packet loss / high latency
Just wondered if I could get some advice, I'm getting high latency and packet loss whilst running 1gb fibre. My computer is top of the range and all drivers etc. are up to date.

During the BQM solid red hours did you have a total loss of service ?
Nope. I just kept getting disconnected from the game I was playing
Nope = The BQM does not appear to point to your VM Hub's Public IP.
do you have HomePlug - Network Via Mains?
No I use wifi for my computer. Only the tele is connected via mains
