I am so sorry that you have faced this issue and thank you again for posting. Can I ask if you are able to use the Connect App at all with the Hub?

The Connect App is likely to be the root cause of the problem. perhaps you could shut down the Connect App, reboot the Hub (power reset) and see if you can get into the GUI then. However, it is possible that whatever has inhibited your access my be locked into ROM and a factory reset may be necessary with the Connect App inhibited.
That App takes control of your settings away from you and nobody should ever use it, even if it means doing without those wretched proprietary pods. There are better mesh solutions available.
