Intermittent loss of connection

Question

Hey - not sure if I am in the right place to post, but since having gigabit BB installed I have been experiencing intermittent drops in connection (main use is via a LAN cable connected laptop). I have a hub 5 and noticed that the power levels do not seem to be very "healthy"? Also - lots of activity in the network log:

The 3.0 Upstream looks OK.&nbsp;The 3.0 Downstream power levels shown are in the Preferred range of -7 to +7 dBmV with good SNR.Does the 3.0 Downstream have many errors or a fairly clean sheet ?&nbsp;How are the stats for the 3.1 Downstream &amp; Upstream ?
