The 3.0 Upstream looks OK.
The 3.0 Downstream power levels shown are in the Preferred range of -7 to +7 dBmV with good SNR.
Does the 3.0 Downstream have many errors or a fairly clean sheet ?
How are the stats for the 3.1 Downstream & Upstream ?
