Intermittent broadband for 2 days

I had "essential improvements to our network in my area" on Friday, had intermittent connection issues since.

I've been through the usual routes of contacting the so called helpline and the online chat, both of which were pretty much useless.

Any way to actually speak to somebody who can do something useful?

  • I also have a permanent red light on (hub 3) which generally means there are issues. I've requested a replacement before, the last time i contacted the so called helpline, nothing ever resulted from that.

  • Just says there's an intermittent issue, same as it said yesterday.

        within 24 hours, same as yesterday. Second issue still stands though, permanent red light on a superhub 3 which generally means it's overheating. Requested a replacement twice now, never received one.

    Did you end up getting this resolved? I've got the same issue - 'essential improvements' on the Friday and now the internet keeps dropping out. 

    Service checker is showing 'intermittent signal issues in the area' now and again but when I call them up they're denying there is an issue.
