I activated the Update to M350 date 07/11/2024

Order reference:

Main services:
M350 Fibre Broadband
Still today I don't receive any update can someone give news 

I try to contact via chat but is impossible because is a both   can someone from Virgin staff give me update?

    Sorry to hear your upgrade hasn't gone through yet. How did you request this upgrade?

    If this was requested online through your online account, then this can take up to 14 days to be applied. Please do let us know if you did order online and if so, let us know if the service has not upgraded within the 14 days we advised.
