Huh 3 Green light

Hello

Just installed the hub 3 and the WiFi isn’t working. Got confirmation that it’s been activated, have reached out to Virgin 5 times now and the color is still green. 

what can be the matter? How can one resolve it?

    We have a Hub 3, a Green light and green flashing arrows usually means there is no RF signal i.e. the local VM Network is down or a cable / connection fault.

    Login to the Hub 3 menu at http://192.168.0.1  use the HUB password
    and look at  :  Your Hub 3.0 status ... what does the field Internet display ?

    Internet (Online) is normal.   no RF signal means a service fault.

    Local fault info :

    Call 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated number.

    VM Customer Services are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
