Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear about the red light on your hub.
This would indicate the hub will need replacing by an engineer.
We are able to run some back end checks from here and can see that there's an appointment raised already.
You can keep track on the appointment through your online account here
In the meantime can you please make sure the hub is well ventilated and away from any direct source of heat.
Also, would you be able to let us know how the visit goes.
