Red light on Hub3

Hi

my hub 3 router has been showing a red light for about a week and after reading other threads old people with the same problem I have done reboots and the pin hole resets various times but the red light remains on. The router is in the same location that it’s always been in. It’s never shown a white light since I’ve had it and has always showed an amber light but last week this has now turned red. It doesn’t feel hot but warm. After the reboots and factory resets it’s cold but red light remains on.

  • May just be the LED colours are fading.

    From the Hub 3 menu run the Network diagnostic tool,
    scroll down the results to Temperature, is it Normal ?

      Yes it is saying normal for the temperature and no other problems on the diagnostic tools.
