Hub Red light

Hi 

I have had a constant Red light  on my HUB for the last few weeks. I have checked the message boards and followed other peoples suggestions. 

I have reset the hub from the reset button for30 sec, and disconnected the hub. The red light still persists. 

No change to the Hub though Any help?

    Thanks for taking the time to post in regards to your Hub and the red light showing constantly, we understand the concern this can cause and you posting on the forums. Welcome to the community.

     

    In instances such as this it can be an overheating Hub or a faulty LED, I appreciate you have advised you have tried the steps but please can you try this for me:

     

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.

    • Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.

    If the Hub is warm to touch, please don't use when unattended.
