Hub 4 keeps disconnecting.

Hi have a hub 4 and it keeps disconnecting from my tv with is hard wired in and disconnecting our phones etc. I have this hub for about 3 years and I have started to reset the hub least twice a week to solve the problem. Does anyone have any ideas on what I used do, I have contacted Virgin and they said that my devices are working okay.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your TV and landline dropping connections. Do you see that our WiFi devices are also dropping at this time? 

    If not, will you please double-check the cabling/ethernet for any damages, twists or kinks that may be affecting the service? Ensure that your cabling is also secure in all access points, including any splitters you may have in the setup.

    Checking the service on our side, we cannot see anything that might be causing a connection drop; everything is in spec, and there is no packet loss.
