Hub 3 Red Light On

Hi All - My Hub 3 red light is on solid and the broadband is dropping in/out on a regular basis.  I've followed the 'Help' & Connect App advice in terms of checking connections, switching on/off and factory reset but my hub stays red.  When I do a status check on MyVirginMedia & app it's saying unable to connect?? I'd appreciate any help or guidance please? Thanks.

    If the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly. If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.
