Hub 3 Red Light on
Clearly faulty, tried to report on phone. Spoke to Simeta who was halfway ordering a replacement when the line dropped. Tried to phone again and line dropped again after approx 10 mins. So how actually do I get this fixed, assuming the "overheating" hub (according to other posts) isn't going to burn the house down.
