Hub 3 red light.

My VM hub 3 has had a red light on for several months now. I have reset , unplugged, but to no avail. In the past few weeks it has started to reboot itself, and as such drops the WiFi. I have done speed tests via VM app when it's working but this is becoming tiresome now. Please advise me how I can resolve this problem.

  • Hey Pjeffery1, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about your red light issues, also a very warm welcome to the community.

    Please do try these steps;

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

        Engineer visited, found a wire had broken down and replaced router

         All sorted now thank you.
