Hub 3 constant red light
My hub 3 light is constantly solid red. It's not overheated but I've followed the guide for that and also for resetting it. The problem persists. Had no luck either through the chatbot or messaging the WhatsApp as suggested by the bot. Can someone advise how I can arrange for a new hub? Thanks

Sorry to hear of your red light concerns. This is usually just an LED error rather than anything more to be concerned about. It's always best to err on the side of caution though, so please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security.
