Home printer and Ring door cam can't see or connect to new Hub4 router

Hey Folks, 

I have the new Hub 4 printer, however, my home printer and my ring door cam can't see the network when I am trying to connect them to the router. Any ideas? I've read elsewhere this might be a problem between 2.4 & 5hgz but the previous router had the same config and all devices connected no problems at all.

    router mode is the root cause of all these issues

    Thanks for the tip but that sounds like I will need to spend my way out of a problem when the router should simply work OOTB - I don't need to buy more kit to fix the issue. This is on VM to fix/resolve ðŸ˜Š

      So my issues are now fixed. How? VM Engineer brought with him a new hub and also the signal at the cabinet was going bonkers which didn't help matters much either.  Case closed!
