Try disabling 5Ghz within the HUB settings, connect the devices, then re-enable.

If that doesn't work, go into the WiFi settings on the two devices, and if the previous connection to the old Hub is still listed there delete/forget it.

Get a better router with 1Gb ports and use hub in modem mode

Helpful as always 🙄.

Thanks @legacy1 but both devices were working fine before with the hub 3 on both 2.4 & 5ghz frequencies.....

Go back to hub 3

There is no mention of any devices having been successfully connected the Hub 4 Wi-Fi.
I'd focus of the instruction manuals for these devices. Factory reset them and then proceed as if they were brand new out of the box & performing the first time install as outlined in the manual just as you did for the previous Hub 3 except you are using the new SSID and Password of the Hub 4.- djurornicDialled in
Hi Client62 - yes, my laptop and all other devices like tablet and phones connected no issues. It's just printer and door cam.....

Update for those of you that are inclined to read this far:
- followed VM's advice to reset the router using a pin at the back and did. Worked well for a while and was able to connect printer back to the network and even the ring cam saw the network. Alas, it would not join.
- Wifi is very intermittent at the moment as it constantly drops
- VM connect app also asked to set up a new home network
- router web page isn't working and can log in but after that point it white screens and hangs....

To the final point, the white Admin screen means the Hub 4 menu has failed.
Other symptoms may be VM Connect app fails to connect or becomes stuck in an Optimize Wi-Fi loop.
A 60 second press of the Hub 4 RESET button is the only option to restore the menu.
This (recurring) white screen business has been reported more often in recent weeks
and appears to be the first signs of a failing Hub 4. - djurornicDialled in
Thanks for that. I've got an engineer booked for a visit tomorrow. Since I've had this new Hub 4 it's been a catalogue of problems whereas my hub 3 worked fault-free for years......

Hi Matt - Sadly the problem just stays the same. I've had to reset the router today (again) as the signal was yo-yoing constantly and this has reset the wireless SSID to the OOTB SSID and now my printer and ring door cam are not connecting again. I have an engineer booked for saturday too. Oh, and the wifi pod isn't connecting either and the router web page still fails to load
Can I get a new router? It would appear to be the root cause of all these issues!
