Full fibre available in my street but my house has been missed

Hi

I’ve contacted customer service three times about this, but I keep receiving unhelpful answers. My entire street is connected, but for some reason, my house has been missed. I’ve filled out forms for engineers to come out, but I’m still not getting anywhere, which is really frustrating. The infrastructure is in place as the cables are already installed. I’d really appreciate any help in getting this resolved. Thanks
