Constant red light

We have a constant red light on our Hub 3. The hub is not hot. We have reset it and turned it on and off. The wifi is ok for a while, then becomes intermittent. Any suggestions….

    Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the Wi-Fi issues and the solid red light being present on the hub.

    We will need to issue a replacement hub to you to resolve this issue for you.
