Constant red light

I've had constant red light on my hub for about six months. I've reset my hub several times with the off button and with a pin. It is located in an airy place. The hub doesn't feel warm or hot at all. I checked all the cables and they seem to be fine. The Internet connection is very flaky, even sometimes when I'm right next to the hub. What else can I do?

    Please try these steps'

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
