Constant Red Light on Hub 3

Hi,

I've tried to use the online chat but the button does not work on the website on any browser and with my adblockers disabled. This seems to be a known problem as I've read about this just now....?

Anyway, my issue is that my Hub 3 has a constant red LED.

I've already unplugged for 5 mins and restarted.

I've already done the pin hole reset.

I've already checked that the wires are all still firmly attached.

The vent holes on the side look clear of dust and the room the Hub is in is generally cold anyway.

I checked my broadband status yesterday and it said there was intermittent signal issues and to check again today. Now it says there are no issues but my Hub is still showing Red.

Can I have a new Hub sent out please?

    If the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly. If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the red light on your Hub 
    I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange a swap.

    In the meantime can you make sure the Hub is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

      I've tried to reply to your PM but the reply button does nothing. The message does not send...and now it says that I have reached my message send limit.

      The website functionality of this site and VM main site is atrocious. I have previously complained about this.

       

      ...and no, I have no addblockers enabled.

    Now we've been able to arrange for a replacement Hub, can you please let us know how the visit goes?
