Constant Red Light on Hub 3
Hi,
I've tried to use the online chat but the button does not work on the website on any browser and with my adblockers disabled. This seems to be a known problem as I've read about this just now....?
Anyway, my issue is that my Hub 3 has a constant red LED.
I've already unplugged for 5 mins and restarted.
I've already done the pin hole reset.
I've already checked that the wires are all still firmly attached.
The vent holes on the side look clear of dust and the room the Hub is in is generally cold anyway.
I checked my broadband status yesterday and it said there was intermittent signal issues and to check again today. Now it says there are no issues but my Hub is still showing Red.
Can I have a new Hub sent out please?
