Constant Red light on hub 3

Soon after changing package my broadband is intermittent. Red light on hub 3 box, I’ve done all the checks steps, is well ventilated etc. I only ever end up with check back here in 24hours. 
I’ve had the hub for 7 maybe 8 years, can someone please help me?

TV works fine.

  • Hey fayec202, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry you are having some issues with a red light.

    Please do try these steps;

    • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

    • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

    • Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
     And also look out in your DM's.

      Matt I’ve done all that several times, over several weeks. Can you send me a new hub?
