CHITA Hub not working with EUFY 340 wireless Door Bell

Setting up EUFY Doorbell and it will not connect to WIFI. Whilst monitoring VM CHITA Hub, I see the IP and MAC address appear in the device window but device dose not seem to get a reply/response.

Manufacturer suggests may be fire wall settings ?

Have checked the basics but how can I, (if at all) edit fire wall settings to allow P2P IP's through?

I have been able to set up this device on another VM HUB (maybe a 3 or2) and it works first time?

    Unfortunately you will get no help from VM staff on this board as it’s for residential contract users only.

    Many IoT management apps are very poorly constructed and have assumed that the app and the IoT are both on the same 2.4GHz band.  Customers have made progress by temporarily disabling the 5GHz band on the VM Hub to force the mobile phone & management app onto the 2.4GHz band with the IoT for long enough to perform the configuration.

    just get a better router with 1Gb ports and turn off RG function
