My broadband is only working in some rooms and not in the room where the main router is. When trying to connect on my phone it is just whirring around as if it’s loading/ trying to connect but doesn’t actually connect. The light is orange on the hub3
Which light on the hub 3? I think you might mean the power light which is normally white but may look yellow or red. See https://www.virginmedia.com/help/how-to/broadband/hub-lights
Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
