New Broadband Not Working
Hey all hope you can help I’ve had an issue with my new connection. Ive hooked up the new hub and just get a flashing red light. Called CS who tried to manually activate and after a couple of reboots I didn’t get anywhere. They suggested waiting 24 hours but keen to get this working asap for work purposes. Is there anything I can do or a way to book an engineer asap?
Sounds like the cable is disconnected somewhere, either outside or in the street cabinet.
