New Broadband Not Working

Hey all hope you can help I’ve had an issue with my new connection. Ive hooked up the new hub and just get a flashing red light. Called CS who tried to manually activate and after a couple of reboots...

    Sounds like the cable is disconnected somewhere, either outside or in the street cabinet.
