Volts - how to get it applied?

I have an O2 SIM and Virgin broadband. When I took out a new tv/bradband package October last, I was told that they will increase my broadband speed from 250 to 350, which they did, nothing was said about Volt being applied. Can I still apply for Volt to increase my broadband speed from 350 to 500. How do I get it applied to my broadband package?
