Currently 24 days of back and forth and no closer to a resolution. Can someone please help?

Were you able to get this resolved? I am seeing the same issue where only the O2 SIM has double data but the VM plan doesn’t show double speed. When I asked chat, they said Volt benefit is available one time only which is wrong.

We're sorry to hear there have been some issues with your Volt speed boost. On the VM side, we don't double your speed - as part of Volt you can be boosted to the next speed tier, if you're not already on a Volt speed. If you were already on a Volt speed, then you wouldn't get a further increase.
If you take a look at your contract documents, and this shows the speed as Volt then there won't be anything further we can do as you've had the boost previously. If they show a Broadband package with M (M250 Broadband for example) pop back to us here and we can then help further.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Volt benefits being applied on the VM side. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
