Volt not applied

Hi I’m both 02 and virgin customer had upgrade on double data from 02 but been 5 weeks since virgin emailed me confirming upgrade but nothing has happened?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of this Volt dispute. 

    If you were already on a Volt tariff, then you wouldn't get a boost, as you're already on this.

    You can check this yourself in the online account - virg.in/myVM and what does it show on your package?

  • Hi thanks for your reply have checked my account and says I’m on a volt tariff I’ve only joined 02 this year and then applied for the volt upgrades which were immediately done on the 02 network.ive been with virgin 3 years on m500 50 plan so why wouldn’t i be entitled to upgrade on broadband?
