Volt not applied

VM broadband in my name since April, O2 in my wife’s name for many years at same address. Months ago we clicked the button in her O2 portal to activate Volt. It said it may take a couple of weeks so we waited and waited…  A couple of weeks ago I contacted VM support on WhatsApp and they said a form would be sent to the back office team and I would hear something by email within 24 hours, but of course, I have not…

Please can someone from VM dm me so we can sort this…
