Volt has not been applied
Hello,
My son has an O2 sim and I have VM broadband. My son activated Volt on the O2 website on the 20th August, it has since been more than 14 days but nothing has been applied on my end. My son has already received volt on his sim but no sign of the broadband being boosted. The address are the same both accounts however under different names, will I need to manually contact VM because of this difference or should I wait a bit longer?
