Volt broadband benefit not applied

I joined Virgin broadband around 5 months ago.  I already had O2.  O2 volt benefit activated but not Virgin broadband.  I have tried contacting Virgin support but without success.  Postal address and email both identical for O2 and Virgin.  How can I resolve?
