Volt broadband add on not applied
Hi
My partner has an O2 account and we activated the volt add ons several weeks ago.
She has received the double data add on to her mobile contract, but our broadband speeds have not been updated
I have tried several times to get through to an agent on live chat but it seems impossible.
please can someone take a look?
