Volt boost not applied

Hi, 

I am a virgin media customer with the M250 broadband, as well as being a O2 customer. I checked my broadband speed yesterday via the WM Connect app and it appears that I'm not getting the Volt boost, as my connection shows as 275Mps. Can you help, please?

    Welcome to our forums and thank you for your first post. Sorry to hear you are not sure if your Volt boost has been applied. We are happy to look into this for you.
