Sorry to hear of your Volt benefit concerns.
When did you request Volt to be applied, please? This can take 14 days to apply on our side once this is requested via a customer's O2 online account.
Please let us know if it's been over 14 days since you requested this and we'll be able to investigate further if you need.

Two months into my Volt bundle, my O2 data boost has still not been applied. The "Volt benefits" help page has a section "Still waiting for your Volt benefits?" with a "Unlock your benefits" button. Clicking this button results in the message "Oops! Something went wrong" in large friendly letters. I called O2 and they said my account was not showing as being eligible for some reason. One has to wonder whether VM does this on purpose in the hope that most customers won't actually notice. Anyway, apparently it is now sorted but will take up to 14 days for the benefits to be applied.

I have the exact same thing, O2 recognised that I am a Volt customer and gave the data boost, I can see on their dashboard that I am indeed a volt customer.
However I am not seeing anything change on Virgin side of things, it has been 15 days since my broadband was installed.
Wondering if @Carley_S can help?
