Volt benefits not applied?
Hello,
I upgraded my phone recently - I am an O2 and Virgin customer. I can see that my data has been doubled on my phone, and it says on the Virgin media app that my broadband speed has been boosted to the next available level, but it hasn't. I have been on M350 since my Virgin contract started, and I would have assumed it would have gone up to M500 with the volt benefit?
I did a speed test today and I was getting 350, so I don't think it has changed? I upgraded my phone almost two weeks ago.
Not sure if there's something wrong?
