Volt benefits not applied

Hi, I’ve had virgin for over a month now and although I have my o2 volt benefits I have still not received my virgin media volt benefits?

    I am so sorry that you have not yet had your benefits for your Volt deal through on our side but let me pop you a quick private message and we can take a look into this there.
