Volt benefits not applied to my Virgin Media/O2 Account

I had volt benefits for about a year then it suddenly stopped when my virgin media contract was renewed, havent been able to get volt back even though i have an 02 and a virgin media account, please help.

i cant seem to access the page to apply either, keeps giving me errors, I have been a virgin costumer for years and i thought going to 02 would help me get the most of my virgin contract Can anyone please advise how I can get this resolved. Thank you

    They wouldn't stop unless the sim card was removed,

    Please also remember the free speed upgrade is a one time offer only, so for example if you did a renewal you wouldnt get a free speed upgrade after this its just the first time they are activated.

      I still dont have any of the volts benefits though, it doesnt say im a volts member, how can i fix this, both my 02 and virgin accounts should be linked but whenever i go to the site for volt in 02 it gives me an error, please help

        We’re really sorry to hear that your Volt benefits have stopped, especially after you’ve been enjoying them for so long. We understand how frustrating this must be, and we appreciate you sharing the details with us.

        As you’ve mentioned that you’re both a Virgin Media and an O2 customer, this is definitely something we can help with. In addition, you've mentioned the link to try and register for the volt benefits is not working. Therefore, If it’s okay with you, we’ll send you a private message shortly so we can go through security together and look into this further.
