Volt benefits not applied on VM side

My husband has joined O2 and the VM account is in my name. My husband is now receiving the Volt benefits for his mobile phone but nothing has been activated on VM side.

The website sends me round in circles. How do I resolve this please?

    In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

  • I currently have the same issue.  Can someone help on this please?  I've received the email confirming volt been applied on 26/10 but when I look in my virgin media account, it 's still shown Volt as being Inactive.

      Once you get this email it can take 10 - 14 working days from this email before they become active.

      Any issues after this time please do reach out.
