Volt Benefits not applied - waited 14 days

I have been waiting more than 14 days for my Volt benefit to be applied on my partner's Virgin Media account which is currently stuck on 350mb which is what I currently pay for.  My o2 volt benefits have doubled but Virgin still have not applied the volt benefits.

When I called Virgin the customer assistant told me she didn't understand and instead just offered the three wifi pods and told me the volt benefits of upgraded speed boost doesn't exist. 

Can someone verify that if I'm on a 350mb package I should be upgraded to 500mb due to the volt benefits? If so how can I action this?

    Same issue here. Two hours on Virgin help chat this am and they had no clue and no progress made.  Their interest is only in upselling not providing the supposed benefits that already exist. As a new customer I'm still within 14 day cooling and think it might be time to cut my losses, cancel and move provider.

    We're sorry to hear your broadband speed has not increased. If you're already on a Volt package, you wouldn't get any further speed boost. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
