Volt applied for O2, but not for VM
Hi VM Team,
I am an O2 and VM customer, but the address on my O2 account was old.
I've updated the address, and shortly afterwards (15/03/25), my O2 Volt benefits started. However, my VM account shows no updates.
Would someone be able to review my account and advise when this will be activated, please?
