Virgin Volt not applied

I hope a Virgin admin can check this for me. The volt was applied 2 weeks ago on the o2 side but not nothing on the Virgin broadband side. My details  are the same on both accounts. Thanks

    We're sorry to hear the Volt benefits still haven't been applied 😔

    In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
