Virgin v6 pink light?
I have just upgraded with the v360 remote - seems to work ok but the light on the front of the box seems a dark pink - not red! What’s the problem?

Can you post a picture of the 'dark pink' light? Also any onscreen error messages and codes.
It's possible that it's actually a red power light but the LED's are fading. (A red light shows when the TV box is on standby)

Def not red - no error messages - tv is working fine - it’s that colour all the time even when virgin is on and not on standby
No error messages - tv appears to be working ok. The light is the same even when tv is on and not on standby.

We're sorry to hear there is a pink light on the TV set top box.
Could you please try unplugging the box at the wall socket for at least 20 seconds and turning back on?
Please let us know if the light remains.
Yes it’s the same - red on standby - when I press the standby button on the box it turns pink and stays pink when TV is on
There’s no error displayed and tv seems to be working ok. I’ve seen it red when I was doing the upgrade but it’s def changed to pink - and it’s on all the time even when not on standby
If it's working OK don't fix it
