Can anyone help at all.
My recordings show me using 20 percent of my 100 percent but the top left of the window shows me using 92 percent.
Is there another folder where I have to delete the recordings again? The only time I get it to zero is if I reset the box by erasing all recordings so frustrating
I have this issue how do you format the hard drive
Try a factory reset
go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset.
You are given 2 options
Keep Recordings
Format Disk
Choose Keep Recordings, that means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up. You will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again.
