Virgin TV 360 red light no signal!

  • Watching TV yesterday at approx 5pm and my Virgin TV 360 power button turned red and since then I have not been able to access media/my TV is advising no signal. It states that there is a fault and this should be rectified by 4pm tomorrow! Not good enough as you can only obtain credit back for loss of broadband/phone service??
  • Unfortunately faults do happen and depending on the complexity of the fault, they can take longer or quicker than the time quoted to be repaired as it depends on what the fault is, where it is at and whether or not they can get an engineer on site quickly.
