Virgin 360 Video Settings

Are there any plans to change the automatic video settings on the 360 box? On my old V6 box the automatic setting sensed the signal, either 1080i or 4k and changed accordingly. This allowed the TV or receiver to upgrade the picture rather than the Virgin box.
The automatic setting on the 360 box forces everything to 4k regardless of the signal. I know that I could change the settings depending on what channel I'm watching but this is a bit cumbersome in my opinion.

    One of the things lost in the move from the TiVo/V6 software to the 360 was the automatic video setting.

    Most tvs can do a better job of upscaling then the VM hardware can.
