Upgrade to 360

Question

Hi....I did the upgrade app, received the 360 remote then I powered off the V6 box waited for 30 seconds then powered it back on. Unfortunately there is no " Install Now " option, the "Upgrade Now" option is still there. I've been through the power off (pulling the power cable) and power on cycle several times but to no avail. Advice please.

If the update isn't on the Home page it might be in the apps.&nbsp;

That's the problem....the update is still there and it should be the install now which should be there

If you select the option you can see what does the next screen say.&nbsp;

Screen says thanks and you will receive your 360 remote in a few days (which I already have received)

Perhaps VM have delayed sending the 'install app' to your box due to those delivery issues (normally the box auto updates 5 days after the remote(s) have been received, and if you hadn't received the remote(s) you would have actually lost your TV service)&nbsp;The V6 normally performs an internet update around once every six hours.&nbsp; It's possible that the 'install app' might be pushed through this way so go to Home &gt; Help &amp; Settings &gt; Settings &gt; Network connection on your V6 box. Check the last successful connection and try “Connect to Virgin Media service” again, and that might push it through.
