Upgrade Tivo to 360 BOX

Question

Put in a order to upgrade an old Tivo box to a new 360 as per the email I received. This was 10 days ago and heard nothing since. I have an order number given from a email automated reply, but no orders showing in my Virgin account. Any ideas?

Is it something you really want to do ? What do you hope to gain? The 360 is a downgrade of a lot of the Tivo features.&nbsp;
